Builders and promoters
Ecoplar was founded in 1991 as a company dedicated to building family homes in southern Madrid. In 1998, following changes in its shareholders, the company began focussing on its current line of business: designing, building and operating turnkey projects aimed at the elderly.
The company decided to devote its efforts to building socio-health care facilities which help to meet the needs of the almost eight million people over the age of 65 in our country.
