The over 6,000m2 of Ventilated Façade of this elderly people's home, situated in Aravaca (Madrid-Spain), are its main distinguishin feature.

This gives the building an aspect of great beauty in sandblashed Travertino Real, wich is set out in large pieces with a thickness of 4cm, with no sealant.

Between the two buildings that make up the complex, decorative beams, covered with stone were positioned. This was a job that almost had to be done by hand and for wich tha same technique was used as for the Ventilated Façade.
