The global search for natural stone An adventure at the service of our collaborators Finding new quarries in any part of the world is the exciting and at times even risky adventure that TINO has been taking on for over a decade. The company's desire for innovation in terms of presenting new, high-quality materials provides the guidelines behind this stimulating activity. Attending trade fairs, whether small, large, national or international, in order to discover all the latest innovations, is just the groundwork. From that point on, either at the proposal of the company, a client or TINO's Product Committee, the search for the product begins. Locating the quarry, visiting the site and investigating the possibilities for exploitation and transportation are the next steps to be taken. Once the agreements have been signed, different studies are carried out to determine the stone's suitability and approval is given for it to be included in the product portfolio. The discovery of a new type of stone is a fundamental part of the process, but what really distinguishes TINO is the design and creation of new textures. |
